Chapter Report Examples
Each year we ask all chapters to submit a report that provides a “state of the chapter” and summary of activities taken during the previous academic year. The deadline is June 30. We ask chapters to use a standard cover sheet to provide the national office with basic details. Those chapters that wish to attach a more expansive report on activities are welcome – and encouraged – to do so.
Chapter reports are reviewed by the national office and decisions on “Best Chapter Awards” are made based on content of the reports. Winners of the “Best Chapter Awards” receive a check for $250 – great money to use for programming next year.
